Terms of service

These terms cover your use of fulltimestickers.com and anything you buy from it. By placing an order you accept them.

Who we are

Full Time Stickers, a sole trader based in Scotland, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@fulltimestickers.com

Ordering

Adding something to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order. If we cannot fulfil it — a design sells out, a price is wrong, or we cannot deliver to your address — we will tell you and refund you in full.

We sell to consumers aged 16 and over. Group and bulk orders are welcome; email us for a price on quantities above 50 of one design.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Postage is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details.

Dispatch

Every design is in stock. We post orders within 1 working day; delivery options and times are in our Shipping Policy. If we cannot post your order within 30 days, you can cancel it for a full refund.

Our stickers

Stickers are printed in full colour on outdoor vinyl, 8cm square. Colours on a screen are never an exact match for print.

Please use them responsibly. Sticking them on property that is not yours — including street furniture, road signs and buildings — may be fly-posting or criminal damage, and that is on you, not us.

Designs and intellectual property

All artwork, photographs and text on this site belong to Full Time Stickers. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.

Our designs reference places and terraces, not club badges. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any football club, and we reproduce no club crest, badge or logo. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email hello@fulltimestickers.com and we will look at it promptly.

Returns

See our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for business losses, as we supply to consumers for private use.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies.

Law

These terms are governed by Scots law, and disputes may be brought in the Scottish courts.
