Postage is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders outside the UK may be charged import VAT or a handling fee by your country's customs on arrival; those charges are yours to pay.
When we post
Every design is in stock. We post every order within 1 working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day. You will get an email as soon as your order is on its way.
If we ever cannot post your order within 1 working day, we will email you, and you can wait or cancel for a full refund.
How your order is sent
Your stickers go flat in a board-backed envelope, so nothing arrives bent. It goes by Royal Mail as a letter or large letter, depending on the pack size.
When it will arrive
Once posted, Royal Mail usually takes:

Something gone missing?
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of posting in the UK, or 20 working days abroad, email hello@fulltimestickers.com and we will chase it or send a replacement.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will resend it once you have paid postage again.
